- Estimated delivery and distribution of the Victoria's Secret Challenge outfit. Color selection and assignment may be available before this date.
- Saturday, May 20th, 2023:
- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. SLT: Feedback Session.for the 5th runway challenge.

- 12:00 p.m. SLT: First Styling Description Deadline. At least one styling description must be submitted and received.
- Wednesday, May 24th, 2023:
- 12:00 p.m. SLT: Second Styling Description Deadline. At least two styling descriptions must be submitted and received.
- Thursday, May 25th, 2023:
- 6:00 p.m. SLT: Third Styling Description Deadline. All styling descriptions must be submitted and received.
- Early evening SLT: Walk order and instructions notecard will be sent.
- Friday, May 26th, 2023:
- 10:00 a.m. SLT: First Rehearsal Grand Finale.
- 5:00 p.m. SLT: Second Rehearsal Grand Finale.

- 6:00 a.m. SLT: Victoria Secret Challenge Stage is available for derendering and other preparations.

- 8:00 a.m. SLT: Stage is closed, invitations are sent to Judges, VIPs, and the public.
